I will not hold CDRCP responsible for any claims of damages or liability, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy or copyright infringement. I agree I will not hold CDRCP responsible or liable in any way should any harm result from the use of these photographs, videos and other media. I also agree that no one can hold CDRCP responsible for that harm on my behalf.
